For Facebook Login users
This page is the public data deletion instructions page for DiliGo. If you used Facebook Login, you can disconnect DiliGo from your Facebook account and request deletion of account data held by DiliGo.
Remove DiliGo from Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and websites.
- Find the app entry for DiliGo.
- Select Remove to disconnect the app from your Facebook account.
You can also open Facebook Apps and Websites settings while signed in to Facebook.
Request deletion from DiliGo
To request deletion of account data stored by DiliGo, email diligo.tl@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include the email address used for your account, the login provider you used and whether you want to delete only Facebook Login data or your full DiliGo account data.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request belongs to the account owner. We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days.
What may be deleted
Depending on your request and verification, we may delete or anonymize account profile data, login-provider connection data, private contact details and personal data tied to content you submitted. Public content may be removed or anonymized where appropriate.
Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, backups or legitimate service operation.
