- You can request deletion of account data stored by DiliGo by email.
- We may verify ownership before deleting account data.
- Some records and public business content may be retained for safety, legal or service operation reasons.
1. Who this page is for
This page is the public data deletion instructions page for DiliGo. Use it if you signed in with Facebook, Google or another enabled login method and want to disconnect login access or request deletion of account data held by DiliGo.
2. Disconnect third-party login
2.1 Remove DiliGo from Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and websites.
- Find the app entry for DiliGo.
- Select Remove to disconnect the app from your Facebook account.
You can also open Facebook Apps and Websites settings while signed in to Facebook.
2.2 Remove DiliGo from Google
- Open your Google Account.
- Go to Security, then open Third-party apps and services.
- Find DiliGo.
- Remove access to disconnect the app from your Google account.
You can also open Google third-party connections while signed in to Google.
3. Request deletion from DiliGo
To request deletion of account data stored by DiliGo, email diligo.tl@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3.1 Include this information
- The email address used for your account.
- The login provider you used, such as Facebook, Google, WhatsApp or email.
- Whether you want to delete third-party login data only or your full DiliGo account data.
- Any public listing, post or merchant verification URLs you want us to review.
3.2 Review timing
We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request belongs to the account owner. We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days.
4. What may be deleted
- Account profile data.
- Login-provider connection data.
- Private contact details and account identifiers.
- Personal data tied to content you submitted.
- Public content, where removal, correction or anonymization is appropriate.
5. What may be retained
Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, backups, audit records or legitimate service operation. If data is retained, we limit it to what is needed for those purposes.
Public merchant records, marketplace history, job-post review records, moderation notes, abuse reports, security logs and transaction-dispute context may be retained, corrected or anonymized instead of fully deleted when needed to protect users, preserve platform integrity or comply with applicable obligations.
6. Timor-Leste operation
For users in Timor-Leste, deletion requests can include account information, private contact details and sensitive personal data that should not remain public. Merchant, job or community posts may be removed, corrected or anonymized depending on account ownership, public interest, fraud-prevention needs and service operation requirements.
If a listing involves a business, employer or public-facing service, we may ask for proof of authority before removing records that affect other users or the accuracy of local discovery information.
