Part-time Local Business Development Assistant for DiliGo Location: Dili, Timor-Leste Work Type: Part-time / Flexible schedule / Field-based About DiliGo: DiliGo is a local online platform for Dili and Timor-Leste. We help people discover local businesses, restaurants, services, jobs, second-hand items, and useful community information. We are looking for a reliable local assistant in Dili to help us visit local businesses, introduce DiliGo, collect merchant feedback, and build local business partnerships. Main Responsibilities: Visit local businesses in Dili. Introduce DiliGo to business owners or managers. Collect and confirm business information such as address, contact, photos, opening hours, and Google Maps location. Ask merchants whether they are interested in updating or claiming their DiliGo page. Collect merchant feedback, questions, and cooperation interest. Submit clear visit records with photos, location, contact information, and notes. Requirements: Based in Dili. Fluent in Tetum. Able to communicate in English. Comfortable talking to local business owners and managers. Familiar with WhatsApp, Facebook, and Google Maps. Has a smartphone with camera and mobile data. Reliable, honest, responsive, and detail-oriented. Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Sales, field promotion, merchant cooperation, or community experience is a plus. Motorcycle or other transport is a plus. Compensation: Base allowance + task-based rewards + approved expense reimbursement. Typical first-month budget: USD 150-400 depending on availability, task quality, and results. Details will be discussed during the trial.
